20.01.2022 Works at this site involved the modification & upgrades to the building existing Fire Hydrant Service. The required works were essential to bringing the old system up to current levels of compliance. We were able to complete required modifications with the minimum amount of service downtime and we also started at very short notice, only being made aware of the job and its urgency late in the day prior to work commencing the following morning. In the short time available to u...s we were able to arrange materials and man power to get the job done and deliver a successful outcome. Majority of works consisted of 100mm copper tube installations which were fabricated and fitted onsite with the addition and change-over of various valves. Another quality job by the team at Proline FM! CLIENT - Firewise

13.01.2022 Proline Facility Management were called in on this occasion to clear and investigate the cause of a reoccurring sewer blockage at a domestic property in Mornington. After clearing the drain we utilised our Ridgid See Snake drain camera combined with the Ridgid LT-1000 interface to inspect the condition of the problem drain. It was clear from the onset that there was a major issue with tree roots growing in the drain that were the cause of the blockages. We were able to ident...ify 6 sections of the drain with substantial tree root growth over an approximate distance of 28 meters. We were able to provide our client with a comprehensive, detailed digital report complete with video footage and still images to highlight the issues with the drain. Given our findings we have recommended a high pressure water jet of the drain to cut the roots away clearing the way for free flowing drains. Using the information learned from the camera survey, we will know what areas of the drain to concentrate the jetting and will re-survey the drain at the completion to ensure the roots have been removed.
