24.01.2022 Some great feedback from a metal reroof recently completed by Prompt: We had a few things to fix, eg a leak from a skylight, rusting roof panels, better roof insulation and some electrical work (TV antenna and cabling). All have been done. Might be strange but initially we chose Prompt Roofing from a flyer in the letterbox. Then a few web searches. 23.01.2022 I thought Prompt’s estimating, workmanship and service were excellent. Wayne explained everything really well and followed up with any questions we had. Out of all the quotes we received Prompt Roofing was the best value for money. Then we were handed over to Luke, he liaised with the electrician I engaged to remove the solar panels. 19.01.2022 Gutters and downpipes are the front line against water and dampness getting into your home. Make sure they are functioning as they should and get your gutters and downpipes replaced. We were having problems with our roof leaking. We got quotes from several companies, but Prompt did the most amount of investigation prior to quoting. After meeting with Prompt for a detailed quote, I felt the service offered was professional and the cost was reasonable. Prompts estimating, workmanship and service are excellent.
