03.01.2022 Interesting times for all of us and a lot of people are panicking and unsure of what is ahead. On a Real Estate side we are still seeing very strong numbers at... open homes, strong offers and confidence in the market. Saturday I saw close to 100 groups (over 250 people) through two properties alone which created over 15 full written offers. Properties listed this week have been fielding strong enquiry. As an agent my advice to sellers is get on and get sold if you are concerned with the future because the buyers are there and the sale prices are strong. Our Chief Network Officer had some great words: Positively, when it does end the rebound should occur quickly. This is a health crisis and unlike the global financial crisis, banks are keen and ready to lend and interest rates are low so borrowers will be eager to get back into the market and businesses will be ready to get back to work.
