Preparing for one in particular, Shelena, our principal stylist, has herself been painting this a large portrait oriented artwork at 120cm x 180cm to focus on its grand entrance and to WOW the purchasers from the moment they step inside the home. We have guided the owners in what they need to accomplish to get their home up to standards before styling day comes, and they are doing a... great job. To compliment the existing decor, this style has been planned around a modern coastal feel, warm colours, rattans and textures, with greens and blues for the bedrooms to align with the amazing views. Her daughter, who has never property styled before, called Shelena to come to the home and the rest is history. No stress and the house was transformed within that week, ready to go onto the market this coming week. This house is in an over 50’s lifestyle complex, so Shelena tapped into creating spaces ‘they’ can see themselves living there. Living the Retired Dream
