03.01.2022 Ink paper gain of $500k well thats not misleading at all because the buy price and sell price reflect the ink paper gain but real profit less expenses and taxes maybe only $150k in 6 years and many investors achieved similar returns with no renovations (capital growth) but lets remember that 2020 is a very different climate to 6 years ago, expenses are more, tradies are more, prices are higher n maybe the ink paper gain may lead to a loss in actually real money, so no profit but loss.

Why doesnt the law make councils reduce rates? State governments stop land tax and the federal government reduce income tax? Doesnt seem right especially when investors are not a burden on the government but if anything helping the situation?? This is one way to ruin the property market....
