This is exactly what we are seeing at Elders with the bottom of the market already being saturated with buyers and a lot of disappointed people who are missing out on properties they are interested in! I believe the prices at the very bottom of the market have already had a shift in an upward direction with homes under $200,000 becoming very scarce!
