22.01.2022 No one could find this leak until they contacted Protech Pools. It was hidden underneath the concrete which was worse because the house was near the beach, so the water quickly drained into the sand. This was a mission but completed.

21.01.2022 Do you know when your filter needs a sand change? Sand in sand filter only last about 5-7 years. After this, it won't filter your pool efficiently and will start to cause issues. Remember that your water is filtered in this sand and you won't believe what's in the sand after 5-7 years. This customer's sand filter was in bad shape so the best option was to replace the sand filter and put in good river grade sand to last for many years. And add chlorine to the pool because it is so hot and adding water will lower the chlorine level in the pool help your pool in this time of the year and you will save money not putting extra chemicals in the pool because it's cloudy or green . 08.01.2022 Don't waste time with pool shops selling u lots of chemicals that u don't need ! Just so they can pay huge expensive overhead costs to run the shops and half the time it doesn't do anything and you have to go back and they sell you more trying to fix the problem on your pool when it could be equipment or the wrong chemicals then they want to come out and spend more money and you have spent hundreds of dollars and are getting no results.
