24.01.2022 We have decided to run our own shops! Time to get back into hospitality! Wok This Way is open for business in Maitland Riverside Plaza and Proud Rooster is opening this Monday, 27th April. Well keep you posted on how were doing!

24.01.2022 Just in case you missed us we were busy creating a new food court in Raymond Terrace. And its a big project! And to make sure we dont get bored, we also pitched to run some of the shops ourselves! Why not? As many of you know, I am a chef and cooking is a personal passion of mine so yep, were gonna do it! Finally!

24.01.2022 We have successfully completed one of our biggest projects so far. The Raymond Terrace Central food court in Raymond Terrace. What a challenge! The outcome is quite spectacular though, what do you guys think?

21.01.2022 Protech Hub has grown so much in the last few years, it would be a big oversight not to pause and recognise: Our Independent interior design studio Kreativ Design rose to the challenge and produced multiple concepts, More than 7 different individual shop designs, acted as RDM, created the design guidelines, and ultimately created a new area to attract the community in Raymond Terrace. Protech Fitouts and Protech Commercial Kitchens over a tireless year battled through small a...nd big challenges and is now Proud to have produced such a great result. Thank you to the owner and operator of the Center for their trust. For all of us here in Protech, its been a great learning and growing experience. 15.01.2022 Our Raymond Terrace fitout is taking shape! Equipment was delivered and now the fianl stage has arrived. Potential handover Mid May! Even the outside seating area is progressing nicely. Soon well serve food and do deliveries to our regional customers as well!
