Fear can be overwhelming and it comes in so many forms. Fear of doing things, fear of failure, and fear of success and so it goes on. But how valid are those fears? Are the fears bound up in an unhealthy belief system? If you have drawn this card it indicates that in some way you are trapped by your fears. Fear is your gift. It is your teacher. What is it teaching you? What is saying about your beliefs and understandings? The truth is, that with anything and everything, you don’t know what is going to happen! If you can acknowledge that your fears are not truth you are on the path to change. This a fantastic. You don’t need to be trapped by your fears. If your fears are overwhelming you should always consider speaking to a professional. Meditation is a great way of working of relaxing and learning to take some risks. 10.01.2022 Over this awful year we have all learned how important it is to link with people. Social distancing has become physical distancing. I came across this really interesing article that sums it up. "There are studies showing that touch signals safety and trust, it soothes. Basic warm touch calms cardiovascular stress. It activates the body’s vagus nerve, which is intimately involved with our compassionate response, and a simple touch can trigger release of oxytocin, aka the love hormone.
