03.01.2022 For those who might be interested in becoming a non-smoker again ( I say AGAIN, because smokers were not born with a fag hanging out of their mouth or in btw their fingers)? I am busy creating an online version of my very successful 3 session stop smoking program. I currently deliver it face to face and don’t really call it anything. But in the online world it seems names matter so I am calling it The Stop Smoking Formula - an easy to follow step by step program for s...mokers who desperately want to become non smokers and who have tried everything else!! Bit of a mouthful but there you have it. The deadline for having it up and running online, is Dec 4 or thereabouts,just in time for Xmas. Lots of work to do. I am of course still offering it face 2 face ( yes in spite of Covid, as I have the social distancing space in the office) so you or someone you love or know who wants to kick the disgusting deadly habit could come in at least for a complementary 15 min strategy session, to see if what I do resonates with you. Just a thought? This pic( below) is the cover of the book ( well alright booklet then ) that I put together that used to be the pre talk I gave everyone when they came in wanting to stop smoking.
