Chris has lost 11cm off his waist and Amy has lost 6.5 cm off her waist!! Chris has lost a total of 24cm so far and Amy has lost a total of 15.5cm in the last 5 weeks! They are well on their way to being Fitbodies :)

07.01.2022 I am often asked by women, "How do I tone my muscles without bulking up?" Most women fall prey to the misconception of lifting light weights with 20+ repetitions to "tone" up (this type of training is for muscular endurance). "Toning" in the sense of light exercise to make a muscle look taut, simply does not exist. You have two options to make your muscles look more defined: ... 1. Increase your muscle size: Choose a weight so that you struggle to complete the final rep in the 8-12 range. 2. Or reduce the layer of fat covering your muscles. Note that you cannot spot reduce fat in a particular area. Fat loss occurs over the entire body.
