25.01.2022 Hi guys, As of tomorrow please ensure you bring a gym towel with you to your PT sessions and your own training. Top tips to keep your immune system in top virus fighting condition :... 1) supplement vitamin D, Zinc and vitamin C for immune support 2) eating nutritious food and continuing to exercise regularly 3) reduce stress where possible. Including trying not to panic about corona virus. Stress can have a huge role in health and immune function. 4) maintain good hygiene practice at all times and be a good human. Consider those around you and how your actions impact those who are vulnerable If you find yourself experiencing symptoms of the flu please listen to your body and rest. Please provide as much notice as possible for any rescheduling of PT sessions as spaces are quite limited. Stay healthy people



23.01.2022 Thank you all for your support to myself, corey and the Spartans team through these very tough times. It looks like we are going to be moving to home training in the next few days. Whilst the government doesn’t class the gym as an essential service, many of us know that it is essential for our minds and body. For my clients I will be writing up a 2 week home workout program option available to purchase seeing as we will be unable to have our 1 on 1 sessions in the gym. ... I will also be available for FaceTime/zoom (group and 1 on 1) sessions at a discounted rate. Minimum equipment required I hope that we can continue to support eachother in this rollercoaster that is 2020. More information to come as we know more but don’t worry, I’ll still be on your case about training and nutrition

22.01.2022 For those of you asking when we can get our lil tusshies back in the gym it’s not set in stone with dates but it’s proof that we have been doing an excellent job thus far. As long as we act responsibly and maintain wicked hygiene and distancing skills, things look promising and we hope to be in the gym again sooner than we thought

20.01.2022 HAPPY DAYS! With the first step in ease of restrictions I am now able to offer outdoor group classes up to 10 people. Flexible options are available, bookings are essential.... If you are keen as a bean to get training with a group of friends again, shoot me a message to book a session (Pats with a husky can be included for free upon request)
