25.01.2022 Finish the week off with a great outdoor workout - a one off Friday night class tonight at 5.30pm in Rotary Park. Bookings essential. Come and join the fun - get fit, feel great. All levels catered for - everyone welcome.



24.01.2022 So further to my previous post all classes are cancelled from tomorrow up to and including Wednesday at this stage. Other appointments such as PT and Nutrition we will contact you all individually over the next day to either organise online or re-schedule. Take care everyone - it's hard to be going back into this but hopefully it's going to be worthwhile and we are back in action on Thursday.

20.01.2022 OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP IS BACK! Starting this week choose either 6.30am or 5.30pm Monday and Wednesday in Leckie Park Alexandra as well as Saturday 9.30am in Maintongoon. All levels welcome - maximum of 10 people allowed per session followed Covid safe plan.... BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL - minimum numbers to run are required. Click on the link below to book your space. 18.01.2022 WHAT IS DOMS? You may have done a workout for the first time or harder than usual , and a day or 2 later experience a dull aching soreness in a muscle group - the result could be you have trouble walking up stairs, sitting on the toilet, combing your hair or even cleaning your teeth! This is called Delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) - it doesn't feel great but it IS normal and WILL go away.... DOMS takes hours to kick in, and is usually felt most intensely 24 to 72 hours post-workout. In severe cases, it can last for another several days! DOMS can affect anybody! Best thing to do is keep moving - go for a walk, drink plenty of water and get back to exercise as soon as you are ready. Bookings essential - maximum 10 people per session. If you book and do not turn up, you will be charged.
