25.01.2022 Wanting to wish a Merry Christmas to everyone and a big thank you to every single person that has supported myself and my little business throughout the end of this year. I’m also super thankful to all the beautiful clients who showered not only myself with gifts but, my son too. You’re all amazing!

22.01.2022 Outdoor group sessions are now available over the Christmas season! I will be holding two sessions a day from Monday to Friday, one in the early morning and one in the evening. (Weekend spots can be requested) The times slots are 7am & 6pm. This will avoid the hot weather and still get those calories burnt!... There will be need to be a minimum of 5 people booked in for each session. Makes sure to book in as they will fill up quickly!! Starting the 23rd. Comment for information on prices & Tag your friends to let them know!!

20.01.2022 The balance between working hard and resting is key when it comes to exercise. Always put in %100 but remember everyone is different, listen to your body! If you need to rest, take a day for yourself.
