23.01.2022 At Puma Energy, our goal is to help support our local communities in any way we can. That’s why our Pumangol Academy team (together with colleagues from other departments) recently donated a variety of footwear and a wheelchair. Pumangol also donated 35,000 litres of water to the residents of the MIsfron Angola-Ong centre in Viana-Luanda. A big thank you to everyone involved in supporting this outstanding community project.... #EnergisingCommunities #Angola #Pumangol
21.01.2022 We recently learned that Puma Energy country manager of Papua New Guinea, Hulala Tokome, has been awarded an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for services to the Petroleum Industry and the Superannuation sector in the Queen’s Honours list. This title is well deserved and testament to Hulala’s leadership and service to his country. We could not be more proud and as Jim Collings, Puma PNG Chairman put it, It is a privilege to know and to work with you. Help us congratulate him by leaving a comment below
19.01.2022 We are delighted to announce that our Bunkering team in Ghana has won a contract with ENI to supply around 1,000 m3 of gas oil to refuel up to three vessels every month. This was no easy task given the tender process is extremely rigorous. It involves, above all, really understanding the client’s needs and priorities. As Karl Gidiglo B2B Key Account Manager Bunkering said, I feel very elated about this deal. Personally it reinforces the belief that team work, working har...d and smart pays. This was a great effort that represents an important win for the team, congratulations to everyone involved. #Bunkering #Ghana #EnergisingCommunities

17.01.2022 It’s been 1 year since we opened our Bitumen Lab at our terminal in Newport. This dedicated lab has enabled us to bring all of our QC testing in-house, which has given us much greater control over the quality of our bitumen. We have been able to develop new methods for rapid QC such as Cone & Plate viscosity, giving us a view on blend quality in minutes. It has also put us in a much better position to respond quickly, especially to any of our customers. A great enhancement t...o our customer service proposition in the UK! 09.01.2022 Today at Puma Energy, we’re happy to be celebrating Compliance Day! We’re stepping forward as a team to reaffirm our commitment to a business culture built on transparency, honesty and openness. Recently, some of our colleagues at our retail stations in Africa filmed themselves dancing to ‘Jerusalema’ some light relief during the stress of coping with COVID-19. You could see they were having a good time, enjoying the satisfaction of working together, perfectly in step and a...ligned. I t is striking that dance provides the perfect analogy for strong compliance and ethics in a business it requires synchronised steps, collaboration, inclusivity, selfawareness, courage, consistency, stamina and common goals. Puma Energy is 100% committed to this movement. We know that in reality, every day is Compliance Day! #ComplianceDay #Compliance #EnergisingCommunities

02.01.2022 The North Star Alliance's clinics have been working throughout the pandemic to provide essential medical services to truck drivers and remote communities in ten African countries. As truck drivers are keeping on working and moving across countries during the pandemic, it is essential to provide medical services to protect their health and make sure they do not spread the disease across the communities they come into contact with. The Puma Energy Foundation feels privileged to be at North Star Alliance’s side in the fight against #Covid19.
