Dulce de leche: 2 x cans condensed milk 1 tsp sea salt to finish Pour condensed milk into an oven safe dish. Place the dish into a larger oven safe pan. Fill the pan with hot water until halfway up the sides of the dish. Cover the pan with aluminium foil. Bake at 220c for 1 & 3/4 hours until condensed milk is amber brown in colour (add extra hot water if needed whilst cooking). Add salt to the caramel and stir till dissolved. Pour caramel in a sterilised jar.
