TOWEL SPARE CLOTHES (optional) On those hotter days, you may be drenched in sweat so having spare clothes to change into will make your ride home more comfortable If you do not have gloves, we have gloves at the gym but we do recommend having your own as proper fitting gloves will protect your wrists and hands .
