15.01.2022 Lets talk SPF Who can honestly tell me they use a daily SPF as part of your skin care routine ? If you answered yes Then I can tell you that your are using the most vital skin care product . If your not thats ok , maybe your not using one because you may not know how important it is , so lets have a quick chat .... We all know that sunscreen protects us from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays responsible for sunburn. Right ? UV exposure is a powerful attack on the skin, creating damage that can range from premature wrinkles to dangerous skin cancer. So it's super important to protect our skin from both types , we have UVB rays that cause sunburn and play a key role in developing skin cancer. Then we have UVA rays that cause skin damage that leads skin ageing and wrinkles. Ultraviolet rays that are the cause of sun damage and skin cancer are always present, so if your thinking "oh its raining , or I’m working inside all day I’m safe .. unfourtunity not and this misconception can lead to serious skin problems that sometimes can not be undone .
