19.01.2022 Qld has a long weekend, starting Friday this week and I've decided to extend it a little further, heading off tomorrow afternoon. I'll be away from my office and therefore all Pure You stock, as I am heading to the Fraser Coast for a much needed break with my husband and some friends. We are lucky that we are in Qld and are able to venture away. I can't wait. It's been madness at Pure You HQ lately. . Something that seems to becoming more prominent is people knowingly promoting surgeons without qualifications and saying that they don't care. What's quite scary is seeing people proactively seeking names of non-qualified surgeons to research because they want to save money and believe their result will be just as good. 11.01.2022 I spent a bit of time on a Facebook post last night and this morning educating people who wrongly thought that a before and after photo that was posted by @drmiroshnik, was in fact not the same person. The photo of course was real and showcased a sensational transformation of one of our clients. There were so many comments picking apart the photos and justifying how it wasn't real, from moved moles to wonky shoulders and double chins - it couldn't possibly be the sam...e person. I mean "no way surgery can take off 20 years". Right! I've personally had this happen to me when my before and afters were posted. At first I found it offensive, both to myself and my surgeon but then had the thought that it's actually a massive compliment. After all, we don't put ourselves through the financial, emotional and health toll of surgery to just look the same! What do you think?
