16.01.2022 We will be open over the whole of the Queen’s Birthday long weekend for takeaway bottle sales only. 11am to 5.30pm. Come and pick up your supplies for the weekend or for winter and say hello! We are not yet serving food or wine on the premises.

13.01.2022 Bani's Pinot Noir Shiraz - a lockdown special We made this wine as a one off for a new venture on the Island, the transformation of Bani's from a small mostly take-away cafe into a new restaurant and bar in Cowes. It all happened just before Covid hit. Ah, the best laid plans........ No matter the chain of events, it's a cracker of a wine and a blend we will be coming back to in the future. 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Shiraz results in a velvety smooth, juicy, fragrant red wine th...at is delicious now and will be good drinking over the next few years.The two varieties come together in a highly drinkable wine, the floral Pinot Noir is complimented with just enough chew and grip from the Shiraz. Depending on what Bani's want to do post lockdown we may or may not put this wine on at cellar door. If we do, it will be priced alongside our Shiraz and Cab Sauv, at $30/bottle. We offer it now as a special deal during this time of Victorian lockdown at $25/bottle, but if you buy it as part of a 6 pack the additional 15% discount gives you near 30% off "normal pricing".
