19.01.2022 As you heard at #Purpose2018, there is currently a 42% gap between men and women's super funds in Australia. We were so proud to partner with Australian Ethical Super who are tackling this issue by becoming an employer who pays women (and men) fee-free super throughout parental leave and advocates for women on board positions in their industry and beyond. We also heard from Leah Willis at the event, Australian Ethical's Head of Client Relationships in our panel on 'A Female Future'. It was so inspiring hearing Adrian Cester's story at Purpose, of turning his company around and taking it on a purpose-driven journey toward nourishing Australian soil and supporting Australian producers. 04.01.2022 Hellooooo Purpose. At last we can share the #Purpose2018 wrap video with you! Four hundred guests, 70 speakers, 20 partners, more than 50 suppliers, over 60 volunteers and countless world-changing ideas in one amazing venue across two days. We discussed and shared big and important concepts around our major themes: The Ethics of Exponential Tech; Mental Health & Human Well-being; and Systems Change & The New Economy. Most of all, we made exciting connections at Purpose with like-minded people and we felt the huge force of a coming revolution in the way we do business... made possible by all of you.
