24.01.2022 U10’s FIRST GAME EVER!!! Match report from game coach Tony Well Done to our boys tonight, was a fantastic team effort that got the WIN !!... The highlight for me was the fielding, especially the last 6 overs, kids were getting a bit restless, but their best batsmen came out ant started playing shots.... our boys just came alive with fantastic stops, athletic rolls and run outs... best U10 fielding I have seen! The fielding backed up some excellent bowling with only 23 no balls in 20 overs (opposition had 45)!!! That is an excellent result and all the kids did an excellent job. Captain Aidyen was on a hattrick and was unlucky not to get it. The batting was excellent too, with lots of runs scored off free-hits and some excellent running. Connor, Adam, Aiyden and Azzan all hitting a 4. A great effort by the boys, especially given it’s their first game, we will see them gain confidence and watch them improve over the season. Thank you to all the Parents that helped tonight, organizing the batsmen, scoring, yelling R-U-N-N-N-N-N-N!!!! and with the pack up much appreciated. I promise the games will run a bit quicker... Thanks and I hope the boys enjoyed themselves Tony

18.01.2022 SENIOR MENS & u16 PRESENTATION 2019/20 Due to our presentation being postponed with COVID regulations, we had a celebration after the games on Saturday. Congratulations to all of our winners, and we wish everyone another successful cricketing year this season. Special mention winners... Best Clubperson - LYNDA BIRD. Without people like Lynda, this club would not exists. She does a mountain of work for us and truly deserves more than this award in our eyes. Emmanuel D’Angelo Memorial Award- JACKSON GROVES KOELEMAN. This trophy is awarded to a senior player who gives back / volunteers in our junior program in honour of Manny who always helped our juniors. Jackson volunteers in our Junior Blast Program as a Coordinator.
