25.01.2022 ****UPDATE**** 299 Montague Road is practically empty while staff work (if you can call it that) from home..... Meanwhile, the second building is costing $500,000 a month in rent!... This is just an obscene waste of money and is up there with the bogus legal fees! It's election time! Its time to get the QBCC shut down!

17.01.2022 CRIMINAL HISTORY: breaches of bail and contravening domestic violence orders 2000 received two years imprisonment fully suspended for an armed robbery. 2003 sentenced for common assault... 2005 sentenced and fined for making a false statement regarding an odometer reading of a vehicle 2010 periodic detention for dangerous driving 2012 sentenced for breaches of the Fair Trading Act, and fined $95,000.00 and order to pay total compensation $465,000.00 BSA (QBCC) Issues public warnings against BUILDER and his numerous alias in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The warnings are still listed on QBCC Website. In 2013 QBCC granted BUILDER two more company licenses; after he was permanently excluded from the industry.

This man was continually supported by the QBCC until they had no choice to ask for his resignation! Another case of QBCC Defective Decision-making and covering up employee misconduct!

Both the Commissioner, Brett Bassett and the Executive Director of Integrity and Review, Geoffrey Airo-Farulla (and other members of the executive team) have been advised of multiple misconduct and corruption committed by current and ex employees of the QBCC and these complaints have been totally ignored! What will it take for the QBCC to investigate anything???... Why is the regulator sitting on its hands??
