We know you’ll be a fantastic teacher & hope you enjoy new career journey but want you to know you’re already sorely missed here. So, Good Luck & Good Bye for now!

17.01.2022 It was great to catch up with one of our longest serving QKSC staff members, front office manager & friend - Andrea Shaw-Hanlon, who has moved to Far North Qld where her husband is keeping the law & order in his senior role for Qld Police. On behalf of all the pts she helped care for we wish the Hanlon family a safe&MerryXmas&Happy2021

17.01.2022 After 12 years of leading my theatre team (2009-2020) RN Chas Smith has begun to make way for his protege RN Jessica Houlcroft & allow for the return of one of our former scrub nurses RN Anna Dark. Chas is one of the most remarkable & talented theatre nurses I’ve had the pleasure to work with, so saying thankyou was easy but saying goodbye will be much harder indeed. Til then we are taking every opportunity to celebrate his magnificent efforts. From all the QKSC team - Thankyou Chas & enjoy your well deserved holiday!

13.01.2022 The team at QKSC wish to advise that we will be shutting up shop for 2020 on Thursday 17 Dec. We will return on 11 Jan for hopefully a less exciting year with no banana bread baking, Zoom Telehealth calls or trips to Bunnings. The QKSC mascots (aka Dr Gallagher’s Dobermans) take this opportunity to wish all a safe and happy break.
