23.01.2022 Qld council legislation states"Pools capable of holding more than 300mm of water, must comply with the Queensland pool safety standard" and even so many, many people and even professional pool builders, refuse to install proper pool safety fencing when the pool is under construction stating it's not necessary and really all they are trying to do is save a few hundred dollars. Ask yourself if you would like to see a toddler fall into this? Acknowledgements and photo credits to AMIC pools who ALWAYS do the right thing and fence their pools on the day that the hole is dug and here is why.

18.01.2022 Not every pool we fence is a pristine and sparkling example of care and maintenance.......i certainly wouldn't want to fall in this one!

17.01.2022 Sometimes our dedication to get the job done gets us in trouble....... You cant say we don't go the extra mile (or metres in this case). Lots of recent rain created lots of muddy job sites and while this was ok to initially walk and then drive on it was just a crusty surface. Ooops! We did get the pool fenced and the site compliant though and at the end of the day we had a very happy customer and thats what matters!!! Now where's that jet wash?

15.01.2022 Isolating the pool while the permanent fencing is replaced after storm damage. Lots of space around the pool allowed for this fairly straightforward installation to be fully compliant without difficulty. We like these ones!

02.01.2022 UPDATE : Construction an essential service. As per the advice from the Master Builders Association (MBA)on 23rd March 2020, construction sites are considered an essential service and are to remain open.... Please be aware that we (QSFH) are applying the social distancing rules to all sites that we attend as well as our offices and in our own homes and environments. Please be reassured that, the MBA are lobbying hard to ensure the building and construction industry is considered an essential service for as long as possible. As quoted from the MBA the industry is our biggest priority and we're talking daily with federal, state and local governments to ensure the industry is top of mind in all of their considerations. So for as far as we can see at this time is "Business as usual" for QSFH.
