'Social distancing' is one of the best ways we can all protect ourselves and the community from the spread of this disease.... *Please call ahead if you are unwell of any of the related symptoms fever, cough and respiratory disease. *Please inform us if you have been overseas within the last 14 days. *Please advise us if you are currently under isolation so we can easily reschedule for a more appropriate time. *If the current work that needs to be done does not involve Quinten entering the home or business we can arrange to suit everyone's needs with minimal contact. *Keys at a pickup or drop off point to minimalise contact can also be arranged. Quinten is equipt with the necessary amount of; hand wash, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, safety glasses and mask if needed. Every family and business's needs can be discussed before every appointment! Everyone who has hired Quinten before is aware that he works exceptionally clean and he has made every effort to meet the new standards and has completed the available infection control course for both your safety and his own. 20.01.2022 Full sanitizing clean Professional cleaning is essential for cleaner air! Cleaning just the filters of your split system air conditioner alone is not enough to remove unsighted dust, fungal contamination deposited inside the components of the split system unit. ... Can your air conditioner make you sick by itself? NO! But can contribute to you getting sick by growing tiny fungi known as mould. Mould love dark, damp conditions and that is reason why they love living in your air conditioners, and lie there without you knowing. Once they manifested in your air con unit, they reproduce and spread quickly! They are hard to get rid of especially not to damage your pc board inside your air conditioner and using an incorrect solution that could harm your split unit. If these tough dangerous organisms aren’t taken care of, they could definitely have an unwanted impact on your health and make you and your family very sick, especially with a high degree of mould inside. Mould won’t go away by themselves! A few symptoms from mould in your Split unit: 1. Watery eyes (or dry eyes) 2. Sneezing 3. Wheezing 4. Dry, itchy skin 5. Stomach bugs 6. Irritated nasal passages 7. Sore throats, 8. And much more How we clean your unit: 1.We prepare the area by covering it with plastic. 2.Disassemble the unit by Removing the casing, the front cover of the air conditioning unit and removing the filters. (Filters and covers will also be cleaned.) 3.We then pre clean the unit by removing the excess dust and debris on the surface inside the unit. 4. The Cleaning starts by Applying the specially produced Sanitizing cleaning solution over the coil, fins barrel fan, fan casing and drip tray. Solution is left for a few minutes to dissolve and dislodge bio slime inside components for a few minutes.Clean and flush the drip tray to remove any dirt and other contaminants that could become a nutrition source for the mold and fungi.Clean and flush the drainpipe to avoid the blockage caused by accumulated contamination.Rinse the whole unit thoroughly with a pressure spray to remove residue and leave the coils and fins clean and free from any debris. 5. Restoration starts with us Reassembling and testing the unit’s performance. 6. Last but not least we clean up.
