The Queensland Government has declared numerous COVID-19 hotspots including Greater Sydney effective today. 10.01.2022 Following the Australian Government’s announcement restricting all non-essential travel, qualia will no longer be able to welcome guests from March 23. This decision is temporary and we will be watching the advice from the government closely in the coming weeks. qualia would like to stress what is most important right now is to ensure everyone follows the government advice to avoid the spread of COVID-19. We will be doing all that we can to support our guests during this time... Our Luxury Specialists will be speaking with guests directly and are working through the most urgent travel dates. Any impacted qualia guests will be offered either a choice of a refund or credit to travel at a future date. We appreciate your patience with us - it may take us a few days to reach you. If you have not booked with qualia directly and you have booked through an agent, you will need to speak with them about your reservation and their terms.
