18.01.2022 News National Police Alarm Response Guidelines Released 18th Jun 18... ASIAL and the NECWGA/NZ have collaborated together to introduce a consistent policy for the way in which Australian policing jurisdictions respond to alarm activations. This national guideline is designed to align police classification, requirements and response to alarms and alarm activations. The National Police Alarm Response Guideline is intended to be implemented on 1 July 2018. Whilst jurisdictions have had localised engagement with alarm monitoring groups and regulatory bodies, to address the need for a consistent approach, formal consultation between ASIAL and NECWG-A/NZ has occurred to address this consistency through an agreed national guideline.
