01.01.2022 4th Queensland Kendo Renmei - Kurume City exchange 2018. Day 3 - 27th May. We ended the night at a local okonomiyaki place that was run by an old lady and probably her son. He was very quite and shy but was also a master okonomiyaki chef. We watched with delight as he masterfully made each okonomiyaki order. It was like watching a craftsman as work, and yes they tasted delightful!! Especially after a good hard training session and a dip in the onsen!
