16.01.2022 Thanks everyone for your response to needing two riders - team is full!
16.01.2022 Good morning members, please find a list of Committee contacts for our 2021 season along with our dates and events. You will see that our venue will be Kilcoy until Caboolture allows us to hold two day events and camping. There still may be a pairs series included on the Saturday's prior to CCO's...this will depend on lighting, and more details to follow regarding the "Challenge". All financial members in 2020 will automatically be financial for 2021...only new and day memb...ers will be required to pay and complete membership, waivers and medicals in 2021. There will probably be a lot of questions, so please be patient and we will try and answer as much as possible. Looking forward to a great 2021 season - Cheers Gail

14.01.2022 Hi everyone, our Kilcoy event is just around the corner, so just one of our reminders to keep us all safe and Covid compliant. This is another duty for the Committee and members to work together to make it as easy as possible over the weekend. All Covid forms and Horse Health decs MUST be ready and handed in upon arrival and ENTRY to the grounds. (Get used to it as it is the norm for every event until further notice from our Govt) I am sure everyone is fully aware so please c...omply with grace not fuss. The Kilcoy grounds are looking fantastic so we need to leave them the same way. Manure needs to be PICKED UP from your YARDS and CAMPS and around the grounds **everyone is asked to bring along old feed bags to take your manure with you when leaving as there is no facility for dumping at the grounds** There is plenty of room so keep your campsites spaced out. It is known to be quite cold out there but unfortunately the hiring rules of these grounds stipulates NO FIRES. Plenty of clothing and warming drinks is always a plus. Will be a fun and competitive weekend for all, so please pitch in and help us enjoy it as much as we know you all will. Cheers from Neal Rylatt (President) See more

01.01.2022 Hi all, would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all who competed on the Kilcoy weekend with QWCHC. Congratulations to all the winners and place getters, as some really good runs with great times were recorded and to all of those teams whose runs came together with great teamwork but did not finish on the podium. The weekend was cold and windy but still had sunshine and amazing competition grounds. Huge thank you to our ever hard working committee, Judge, Announcer, Timers,... helpers, catering, cattle suppliers, Keith and handlers, sponsors, Kilcoy Campdraft Society and Somerset Council. Too many names to mention across the awesome weekend, so we hope that all of those competitors will return when we can run another event in 2020 (if not) 2021 is just around the corner. Thanks again everyone and keep safe. PS: We appreciate all complying with our Covid19 plan which is now going to be part of the norm. Cheers, NEAL RYLATT (President QWCHC)
