23.01.2022 We have implemented a thorough cleaning roster throughout the day, several times a day. In additional we ask that all members wipe equipment prior and after use with the many cleaning stations and cleaning wipes located throughout the gym. We also have sanitising stations set up and accessible at all times. #training #cairnlea #deerpark #fitness

16.01.2022 We're excited to announce that Gyms have been allowed to re-open on November 9th. Our doors will be open from 6am on the 9th We've missed all our members so much and cannot wait to get stuck into training with everyone again and to see that gym banter amongst members.
