19.01.2022 Windows 7 End of Life - After January 14, 2020, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs with Windows 7. The issue with continuing to use Windows 7 is that it will not be patched for any new viruses or security problems once it enters End of Life, and this leaves you extremely vulnerable to any emerging threats.... If you would like to upgrade to a newer version of Windows or need assistance, get in touch via phone or email.

17.01.2022 Dust is a very common factor in slow performance for pc’s and laptops. If deep enough it can overheat parts and throttle performance, it is recommended to have your system cleaned at least once per year. We offer a full system clean and fresh thermal paste application for $60. call or email and get your system running at optimal performance!

09.01.2022 Dear Customers, The current COVID-19 situation is clearly a very challenging time for all Australians and is having a significant impact on our way of life and will continue to do so for some time. We will continue to trade as normal, in line with any recommendations made by the relevant authorities.... Our main focus at this time is the health and safety of our customers. Most of our repairs will be conducted by remote access or via phone consultation where possible, we will still do callouts when needed. Customers who placed orders in the beginning of the year for laptop screens, circuit boards and electronic peripherals will have an unknown wait time due to international shipping delays and business closures, we apologise for the delay and inconvenience and will keep you updated as we receive information. We are also aware that this is a very tough time economically, so we have decided to reduce our hourly rate by 50% while this pandemic is active (this excludes hardware).
