20.01.2022 Some photos from the last few cooking programs at Mansfield, in which everyone did a fantastic job making dishes such as Icelandic Almond Cake, Spaghetti Bolognese, Carrot Cake and Mini Pizzas. Also great to see clients progressing each week with their own individual cooking skills, bringing and cooking their own food in the Day Service kitchen.

19.01.2022 Tuesdays Zumba and cooking programs are always one of our favourites. We cooked some delicious biscuits from the country of Croatia! :) We also made some vegetarian fried rice.

08.01.2022 Mansfield Day Service photos from the last two weeks, learning and enjoying our daily activities from Zumba, Library check-ins (book club), kite flying, outdoor activities/basketball, cooking, Art, Science, swimming, community access,Bowling and new dance/theatre program which was a highlight. All friends and staff sang a big happy birthday to Lara on Monday and Joe Friday last week. Everyone was excited, lots of big smiles.

08.01.2022 Oxley day centre had a great day today. Learning about Egypt and cooking some Baboussa in Egypt. We also cooked some quiches for our canteen. Zumba and shopping topped off a wonderful day.
