08.01.2022 OPENS TONIGHT! Rowley’s work will also be shown as one of the 19 Australian and international artists featured in the Flame Path exhibition, opening this evening at @noosaregionalgallery. Rowley has been woodfiring his work since the beginning of his long ceramics career and has built a strong reputation as a wood firing ambassador both in Australia and internationally. There are now three wood fired kilns at Quixotica and the number of visiting wood firers over the past two... decades are too many to count! Rowley is also co-curator of the Flame Path exhibition with gallery director, Michael Brennan. Join us at the opening of the exhibition in Tewantin from 5.30 pm. It celebrates the strong wood firing scene on the Sunshine Coast, and nineteen of the ceramic artists who been a part of it. Bookings to the opening are free and essential for attendance.
