19.01.2022 Straight off the workshop floor, this 2019 Isuzu Dmax fitted out with Redarc V3 electric brake controller, Hidden LED light bar, LED headlamp upgrade, Dual Batteries with Redarc BCDC controller and solar panel input mounted on the wheel arch to maximize tub space, power sockets in tub with voltmeter, Anderson plug and Aux screen for camera in horse float.

09.01.2022 Good morning, REDARC Electronics have had a product recall on the V2 Towpro brake controllers, if you have had a towpro fitted from September 1 2018 up until January 12 2019 then you will need to have the serial number checked, we can do this any time even if its not fitted by us. Pop in for a check up.

09.01.2022 Another 1st for us. We are now set up for Regassing late model vehicles such as Dodge, Fiat, Renault and all other vehicles coming out with 1234YF refrigerant. This is a highly specialised area due to the system NOT being compatible with any other form of refrigerant and special tools required to service the system.

05.01.2022 One lucky fold out camper owner avoided possible electrocution, he bought his newly purchased 2nd hand camper in for a check up and we found not only unfused 12V power cables floating around but the camper battery earth was just taped to the chassis inside and they had connected ALL the 12V earths to the 240V power earth in the back of the double power point. After a full rewire and the 240V repaired by our friendly electrician again you could say hes now a happy camper

05.01.2022 TECH TIP THURSDAY : Fuse ratings are there for a reason. If your vehicle blows a fuse dont just keep jaming bigger fuses in until it stops. This vehicle now needs a new fuse box and loom from front to back including a full dash harness

04.01.2022 Heres a perfect example of why A/C systems MUST be flushed when changing components, while the oil from the system looks nice and clean with Green UV dye in it, the light was just in the right spot to see the Metal Flakes that came out with the flushing agent as can be seen in the Video

01.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of posts for a while but since Australia has semi opened up again we have been flat out getting customers Vans, Caravans and Vehicles fitted out for traveling. Heres one of our latest jobs. Redarc 30A Battery management system with 150w Redarc Solar Panel, 2x 120ah Lithium batteries, flush mount touch to switch LED Down lights, 3000w inverter, remote control vent fan and plenty of 12V Power a USB sockets fitted through out the vehicle. We also had our friendly electrician come in while we were going and fit it out with 240v power So no matter if your driving, plugged in to 240v or in the sun your charging the batteries

01.01.2022 Ive said it before and I stand by my comments that there is no such thing as a cheap regas on modern vehicles! Im currently working on a Toyota Mini bus that last season was gased with a Hydrocarbon gas ( AKA Propane in a bottle). What was a cheap refill last season will cost in excess of $3000 to repair this season on a 6 year old vehicle. We only use gasses that are recommended by vehicle manufacturers (134A or 1234YF).
