22.01.2022 So I did a dumb thing the other week!!! ... ok.. ok..3 dumb things.. So firstly I let my face get sun burnt which I am always trying not to do! (It is the ...fastest thing to age us) Then... without thinking I come home as usual and used the amp md roller (not a good idea on burnt skin) Thirdly...I could see a couple of blind pimples on there way and so used Unblemish (which I never use) to stop them in their tracks. So what was the results... my skin hated on me!! It went red, started stinging and got flakey and dry it was awful and embarrassing. I overworked it and it got sensitive. But the GOOD NEWS!?? .. I have a whole new appreciation for SOOTHE. I have never needed the regimen myself and so struggled to understand first hand how good it was... OMG!!! My skin loved it- instantly felt better and within 2 days was back to normal. Honestly if you have sensitive skin and feel you can’t use anything trust me you need to try Soothe. Oh and as a side note the Unblemish did stop those pimples in their tracks I have since used it again without a problem now I’m not burnt but not with the roller..

20.01.2022 Do Rodan + Fields products really work??? My open and honest no bull sh!t answer! Do they work and how long does it take to see results? ... ..... ..... .... Overall.. Be consistent - using your regimen, in the correct order morning and night, each day! Whilst you can use steps separately you cannot expect optimum results as they are designed with specific ingredients to be used is a specific order. Be patient - age and skin type play a big part. Younger people tend to see results quicker as skin turnover is quicker. Even people with terrible skin have had amazing results but sometimes have had to wait 12 months.. sometimes the initial results may be minimal so take before photos to help you track and really see the changes. Be realistic - don’t compare yourself to others. I often get asked if you will get your 20 yo skin back again and whilst that would be great, realistically if your much older then 20 then unfortunately no. You will still improve your skin a lot and can reverse a lot of sun damage or acne but you may not look 20 again! (Bummer huh!!) ... and see the results!!

04.01.2022 The Importance of Consistency & Patience when it comes to skincare I wanted to share the story of fellow aussie Alycia Mason who started using the Soothe Reg...imen to tackle redness & sensitivity. Some people are really lucky and see results within a week, however it is much more normal & realistic that results take time. Our skin cells can take up to 6 weeks (or even longer!!) to renew & turnover so it is really important to be consistent & not give up when it comes to starting new skincare.
