20.01.2022 This is a long one please take the time to read! This is a client who I’ve seen for many years unfortunately we lost contact when moving salons but we reunited a YEAR ago. In the time we lost she had so much breakage from bleach on scalp at home & not great home care/ routine, we decided to go BLACK to get her hair back in shape, get an even colour and get rid of the banding and multiple tones of yellow, brassy blonde, an easy low maintenance colour before deciding to go... light again for summer next year. A year later here we are! Our first lightening session after a Y.E.A.R OF BLACK. safe to say it was a perfect first session, we aren’t looking to be platinum just a nice creamy blonde, yes it will take a few sessions but we want to maintain the healthy hair we have endeavoured so hard to get with ongoing treatments, products with the appropriate at home care to help! I’m so excited for our next lightening session just before Christmas! It is easy to go back to blonde while still remaining to grow & continue to have healthy hair, it just takes the right stylist to help! 09.01.2022 this is a long one My client & I lost contact after I moved salons and not knowing where I was so she reverted to at home bleaching which didn’t end in a good result. She had severely snapped over processed hair with extreme banding. She wanted to go black for a year to nurse her hair back to health to then begin the lightening stage, usually I don’t recommend this as covering over damaged hair does not get rid of the damage and when lightening again you will s...till have to go over the previous blonde & porous hair but we compromised. Over the year we were consistent with appointments and treatments as well as take home retail with professional products. long behold after a year we did our first stage of lightening and we got such a good result!! This final photo is the 2nd time we have lightened and we can’t believe how well it’s lifted in such a short amount of time. Not to mention how much healthier her hair is!!
