23.01.2022 SENSITIVITY IS A SUPER POWER! You know, a highly sensitive person has the GIFT on sensing what's going on around them. They FEEL stuff deeply (so, so deeply).... They CARE for others (often more than care for themselves). The SUCK IT UP way of being doesn't help them at all - just the other person who is no 'better' or worse', 'stronger' or 'smarter' - they are just wired differently. Hurrah for diversity. BE SENSITIVE BE TRUE TO YOU There's so much more to say on this. 20.01.2022 TODAY I am sadly not in SW France welcoming my beautiful guests onto the Sacred Sisters Retreat Who would have thought we would still be in a 5km lockdown zone rather than free to travel through the skies and be immersed in the ancient cultures, sights and sounds of the Gallic countryside, delving deeply within in the sacred curated space. 19.01.2022 Hello - it's been a while. How's life been? I thought I'd share a few snippets from my past that you may not know, and if you're new to my page, thanks for stopping by - lovely to meet you I was once bi-lingual (French), although not now, malheureusement... I spent 13 years of my life after birthing my first baby running a business making curtains, blinds and other soft furnishings 6 weeks before my husband first heard about an opportunity which then moved us from England to Australia, I sat up in bed on waking one morning exclaiming ‘there’s something else we’re meant to be doing’ (my first remembered potent intuitive moment) My path into holistic healing modalities began when a doctor wanted me to put cortisone cream on the tongue of my 10-month old daughter. Needless to say I refused and homeopathy then had the necessary solution I lived in Melbourne for 15 years before I started drinking coffee (all those lattes missed)! So often in a session, a look comes over the storyteller's face (aka the client), there's a few moments pause, their eyes dart around minutely and then . . .an intake of breath, and maybe the start of a smile. What comes next is pure delight - but mostly along the lines of........ 15.01.2022 Is the story you're telling yourself fact or fiction? Maybe you don't know, or maybe you don't want to. The only people that gain from the fictional stories you tell, are others. Read that again .... Telling your story - your truth - so that YOU hear it for yourself is profound. Committing to unravelling your story - your truth - demands courage, persistence, consistency and guidance and the rewards are out of this world. If this year of enforced retreat has taught us anything, it is that we can't hide from ourselves. Our emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing have been put firmly under the spotlight. And if you're feeling feelings in your body, experiencing some physical discomfort or dis-ease, then that's just proof that you have anchored in some of what you've hidden from. Telling your story allows space for: emotional fluency spiritual freedom mental stillness physical ease (or easing) Your story won't become a bestseller other than for you. You'll fill pages and pages of unedited script (metaphorically), no corrections to it will be needed and there will be no judgement. Instead you will gain insight and understanding. We will together acknowledge and honour the sentences, paragraphs and chapters that you have lived. And you will create space, freedom and clarity to start telling a different story. A new one. One that is aligned to the you of today, not the you of yesterday. Tell me how your story would begin, and let's start the process.
