19.01.2022 Awhile back, maybe a year or two. I went through a phase. I wanted to lose weight, i was a size 12/14, was unhappy, sluggish, tired, and only 50% confident in myself. I then lost over 14kg and again went through another phase. Cardio training almost everyday- i became obsessed with my results. Didnt eat much, skipped meals, calorie counted beyond rediculous. And i again was unhappy, tired, run down. It didnt take long before i got sick all the time, my body denied me and wa...s shutting down. People would say your alot skinnier i was happy for that but it wasnt healthy. The end of last year and this year has changed alot. I eat like no one else, i focused on what i know as a personal trainer. How to eat, and eat right! How to train properly. I cardio maybe once or twice now, and i do weights almost every second day. I rest and stretch and take time out. working on my body the right way to become the best version of myself. Im alot stronger, and i have put on alot more muscle! I feel good, and im 100% confident and happy in my body. but im still a working in progress, always trying to better my ability and performance So what i can say is; Go through the motions of a healthy and fit lifestyle but come out of it stronger, smarter, and better for it! Do it the right way first and you wont waste time. Be determined. Positive. Happy. Inspired & of course be yourself!! go for it and dont let anyone hold you back or put you down!

17.01.2022 Hard work, dedication, persistence, faith and kick ass spirit... Thats what gets you a 30kg weightloss. In just over 6 months my client has cracked her first goal of 30kg, with over 130 centimetres off her body. A massive 35cm around her waist and chest. This girl has worked her but off, training with both Hayden and I. Including daily ab challenges and workouts at home and keeping to a healthy and well balanced diet. I commend her on her amazing achievement so far. Now time for the long term goals to be cracked! She is a great client, and one that I enjoy waking up early to train! Keep putting in the hard yards girl! Cant wait for the final result at the end of the year :)

16.01.2022 This is my healthy journey. :) This photo was taken in December 2012. Weighing in at just over 70kg. I had Bad posture, i was chubby, self conscious and unhappy with my looks. I was looking to lose weight. And now a year and a half later I weigh in at 59kg with losing about 46cm all over my body. Im happy, strong, fast, liking my body shape and probably the fittest Ive ever been! This is my message to everyone whom is looking to lose weight and a healthier lifestyle! The m...ost important thing to remember before embarking on a weight-loss journey is that the best gift you can give yourself is TIME. Programs that claim to solve your weight-loss woes in a few weeks, after it has taken you 5 or 10 years to gain the weight, are misleading and irresponsible. Sustainable weight loss that does not compromise metabolic rate takes time!! Once you have established a realistic timeframe and style of eating, the most important part of the weight-loss journey is learning to trust yourself. You know your body well enough to know whether your issues are overeating or not moving enough. You may need a professional( like myself ) to guide you in the right direction, but you are more than capable of monitoring your own food intake and committing to moving your body more. You need to love your body and all its changes during this time aswell. Be energized and excited to workout, change your life, and become fit and healthy! Be disciplined, commit, follow through and honour the process! PLAN PLAN PLAN, is one of the biggest things. Then achieve your weekly goals! Succeeeddddd!! In my experience, some of the best weight-loss outcomes come from making small, sustainable changes over a period of weeks. Simply reducing portion sizes, exercising more and being mindful of extras that can slip in throughout the day can easily see a shift of one to two kilograms without much work at all. Training 5 times a week and completely restricting crap is the extra bonus if you can do that then thats excellent and you will see results more quicker as well as all the benefits of exercising. Love the journey and every step it gives you, being healthy and fit shouldnt be a chore it should soon come naturally, and with that you will learn to love your body and love your life. Now Just because I am a personal trainer doesnt mean I train 24/7 nor do I eat healthy all the time. Few changes to your normal life, stick to them and you will feel and see the difference! 09.01.2022 BIG NEWS!! RNPT will be reopening again TOMORROW NIGHT After 3 years, I have decided to start training back up. Fitness has always been a huge passion of mine, with a little time off Ive been able to grow as an athlete in the running world. Therefore I cant wait to help, inspire and motivate people again with their fitness goals! ... I would very much appreciate if you could spread the word! 07.01.2022 So ive been to jacobs every Monday for the last 54 weeks. Average of 5000 steps each time. My goal this year is to keep going mondays but instead mix it up and try to increase my step skill. 10 is my minimum and 15 is my best all under 45mins. I will beat that though!... Last night i did 10 normal ( up and down is one) and i did 2 of box jumping all the way up. I must say my beast mode kicked in and my heart rate was well over 190! Definitely will be doing more of these in the coming jacobs sessions. Feeling strong. Hit me up if you would like to join us next week!

06.01.2022 So this past week, RNPT has had some wonderful events happen. Last Monday was the first Monday in which I got to run a fitness session for the police cadets at my local school here in Ballajura, and again today. We tested their level of fitness with agility ladders, sprints, bodyweight and plyometric exercises training them for their upcoming camp. We also gave them a few tips on eating healthy and fitness at home. It is another avenue in which RNPT could be heading into the ...future, with focusing on child obesity, and sports and fitness for young teenagers in schools and local community sport groups. Child obesity and a lack of fitness in young teenagers is a concerning issue in Australia, as rates of children obesity has almost doubled in the past 5 years with 1 in every 4 children overweight. Causes of obesity in children include unhealthy food choices, lack of physical activity and family eating habits. This rise in the number of overweight children is disturbing because it causes health problems and can lead to social problems. They are more likely to be teased by their peers or to develop low self-esteem or body image problems. Once children are overweight, it requires a lot of effort and commitment for them to return to a healthy weight. When we asked the cadets who did sports or got atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day, only half raised their hand. With majority saying they play on xbox and watch tv. We then asked who gets takeaway at the canteen or at bad food outlets such as kfc or maccas and again the same reaction. This is something I would love to change, with educating young teenagers about eating healthy, food choices, and looking after your body for the future with fitness, exercise and sports. Something I am strongly concerned about and dedicated to change for the better in our community and for our country. look out for better and brighter things for RNPT in the coming months :)

Completing city to surf and running a grande 12km! Aswell as many small weightloss goals. With over 144cm off her body and a massive 40cm loss around her waist and hips. This girl has worked her but off! Now dedicated to keeping a healthy and well balanced diet aswell as keeping up her training 4-5 tomes week! Its time to... set some new goals for the next year I commend her on her amazing results and achievements. Really am so proud and love my job when my clients get results like this and change their life for the better!! Keep putting in the hard yards girl! Your not far away from my level!

01.01.2022 Hey guys thanks so much for following me, and getting on board RNPT. For most of you who dont know me, id like to give you a little bit of background about myself and the reasons to starting up RNPT I am Rachel Nathan, Im 19 years of age and I have just recently done a course at Australian Institute Of Fitness, completing my Certificate III and Certificate IV. I am now a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and have made the decision to start my own little busi...ness. Although I have only just started I am currently training one family member and a friend whom which Ive trained for over two months now and I am hoping to increase my client base further. Sport has always been in my life, doing athletics and swimming at state level since I was a little girl. Therefore I believed that my career should involve sport, and in doing so help others achieve their goals as-well. RNPT is a creation that I have made, with a little help from my boyfriend Hayden who is also a wonderful personal trainer and my family. And I look forward to the future that RNPT may bring me. If you would like your fitness dreams to come true also, theres no excuses, and should be no hesitation. START NOW. THE WORLD IN FITNESS IS LIMITLESS.

01.01.2022 Been cooking all day on my day off! Made a tonne of meal prep, such as soups, and stir frys and made healthy desserts. Gooey Chocolate Brownies and banana and walnut bread. Recipes to be posted later this week. Have to taste test first :p :)

01.01.2022 Transformation tuesday Another one of my amazing clients progress! Beck has lost an incredible 60cm of body fat over her body, and increased her fitness dramatically. She has improved her lifestyle not only for herself but for her kids aswell. One that is active, healthy and happy!... She came to me seeking help and advice on running and cardio forms of exercise and since then she has competed in 5 triathlons! Her running technique has changed for the better and I am excited to see her pursue in many more events this year! Bec is a wonderful client of mine whom I know will achieve all goals she sets, because she is strong minded and dedicated to her new lifestyle Well done girl keep it up!:)
