25.01.2022 I’m finally starting to get into a good fitness routine. Pre Covid-19 I was working full time in an advertising agency and also working as a Personal Trainer before and after my full time job. My weeks were long and I didn’t seem to have much energy left to train myself. I had a number of small injuries that I never spent time on healing. Now I have all the time in the world to focus on healing my body, work on building strength in the areas that are weak and work on improving my form. My body will be primed and ready to start pushing and pulling some serious weight when the gym reopens Now is the time to work on your weaknesses. #healthyfitstrong

25.01.2022 I had an assistant while training Maddison on the Strand this morning. Not sure she really contributed much and she wasn’t very obedient while I was trying to take photos but we did enjoy her company

11.01.2022 Morning Habits. I started the Daily Stoic on the 1st January and although I’ve missed a couple of days I’ve always caught up the following day. I enjoyed journaling in the past but never stuck to it because some days I felt like I had nothing to write, however this prompts me each day. Often I go on random tangents but that’s when the new ideas, solutions to problems or some deep self reflection happens. 08.01.2022 I become a Personal Trainer because I wanted to help people live healthier lifestyles. One of those clients who has transformed her lifestyle is Leah. She has been making better choices when it comes to food and allowed herself to enjoy all the food that comes with Christmas without feeling guilty. Leah also continued to train and be active during the festive season and it’s paid off. Check out Leah’s results! She has lost 5.2kg and over 10cm around her waist in just over 3...months.
