25.01.2022 Not every workout needs to be planned and structured. Get out and enjoy the spring air. Ride a bike, climb a hill or play golf. What ever it is, make it fun and you will not even notice you are doing a workout.

Please be aware regulations are changing every day and on that basis once you have used up your paid sessions it will be a PAYG system.

15.01.2022 What a morning...Stunning. Couldn't waste it all indoors, so a few runs outside was the perfect balance this morning Happy Friday!

13.01.2022 It is that time of year where we open our doors to new Bootcampers for a FREE 2 week trial. Limited places so please message to reserve your spot. Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am located at Queanbeyan Basketball stadium, Karabah. Sessions include circuit style workouts and boxing (Wednesdays) we use a variety of equipment along side body weight with a strong focus on 3 dimensional movement training. We have the luxury of a large indoor facility while still having access to the outdoors. That means no wet feet or mosquitoes.

10.01.2022 Sure, it's nice to look good but have you ever stopped to really consider how good you feel after exercise. From personal experience, I understand that exercising for mental health is THE most important reason to move your body. Exercise is POWERFUL medicine.

03.01.2022 You may not like running but occasionally life calls for it. Kids/ Grandkids are unpredictable, wouldn't it be nice if you could get up and run if you need to. At Rach's Bootcamp we don't do a lot of running and only ever short distance, but we feel it is a necessary part of life..... so why not get a little better at it.
