24.01.2022 There's big money in esports (video game sports). A player from Melbourne, Ana Pham, won a similar amount from a single tournament as Novak Djokovic did for winning the Australian Open. 20.01.2022 The Too Hard Basket is back! This week an issue that has got right up Nicole's nose... she writes: "I go to a small gym and the classes I attend has members ranging in various ages from 40's to 70's. One of the older ladies always wears a very strong perfume. ... I find I have become very sensitive to strong smells (they can actually give me an irritated throat) and I just find her perfume very overpowering so I try not to stand near her but sometimes this is unavoidable. She is such a lovely woman and well liked by everyone and I realise the problem is my own. Two years ago I found it too much and stopped going to the gym altogether but I have rejoined because I miss the fitness and social aspect. What should I do here, not say anything and just grin and bear it? Or have a quiet word? I know I wouldn't be upset if someone had to speak to me about a similar issue but I realise such a thing could be very upsetting to some. Interested to know others views on this and how they would feel or react." Photo by Geert Pieters on Unsplash
