We understand times are uncertain and we want to let our clients know that we will continue to provide services in these tough times. The clinic is currently operating within strict safe health guidelines to maintain the safety of clients, families and staff. At this stage, sessions are continuing to run in the clinic as normal. 19.01.2022 La Trobe University have a helpful free app, ASDetect, which empowers parents and caregivers to assess social attention and communication behaviours of their children aged between 11 and 30 months (2 years). The app assesses for traits which are commonly associated with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. While this is not a diagnostic tool, the app assists to identify whether further investigation would be helpful. The Willow Tree Clinic team are experienced in completing comprehensive assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder with individuals aged 1 year old through to adulthood.
