19.01.2022 Today marks 13 years in the game! It’s hard to put into words what has happened to my business over the last few months, but I can say it has definitely changed me for the better. The challenges I’ve faced and overcome to keep operating, will live with me forever and I truly am humbled and grateful for the experience. I recently saw a quote on here that I felt explained it perfectly.... it read The comeback is going to be stronger than the setback... Thank you to all my clients who have supported me past, present and to those who will be returning soon. You have allowed me to develop and grow further in this industry, but I think I can speak for everyone when I say - it’s time to get back to it and stay on our grind! My take away msg from this year is. Don’t cancel the year that woke you up. - @garyvee #workanniversary #fitnessindustry #RDPT #personaltrainer #Goodlifehc #ryancostandard #thankyou @ryanco_barbershop See more

15.01.2022 Exercise and health hasn’t only been a hobby for me throughout my years - its been a way of life, my career and literally my livelihood. I have faith that we will all get through this together and that the challenges and pain we’re enduring now are short term and just like training the more you challenge yourself the STRONGER all round you will turn out. We all know how incredible exercise is and how important it is for... our physical and mental health, in which I foresee we are going to need more then ever. Life as we know it is changing for a while, it’s best we adapt to the change as fast as we can. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my clients from the bottom of my heart for their continued support during this unprecedented and difficult time. I’ll still be here evolving my services and my products for my current clients and for the community. If you’re a fitness professional and you’re seeking some advice or keen to bounce some ideas around please reach out. Stay safe, stay healthy. See more

13.01.2022 Class of 2020 - we made it! As we approach the end of yet another year, I feel pretty confident saying that 2020 has tested us all.... But with that said, as with anything in life that is stretched and challenged, the end result is that thing becoming a new and refined version - and I truly believe that is what has happened to each of us! I am so proud and grateful to be making it to the end of the year with my business in tact, my family in tact and to be relatively unscath...ed by all of the challenges that we all faced this year - but I wouldn’t be in this position if it wasn’t for each and every one of you! So thank you to all of my clients for continuing to trust me and for working with me as we navigated through all the ups and downs of the year. I wish everyone joy, peace and happiness over this festive season and for many, I hope that this Christmas you can all be reunited with your family and friends. Enjoy your holidays and I’m looking forward to seeing you in 2021!

07.01.2022 A recent Q&A I did for @goodlifehc about why I got into the health & fitness industry way back when. ? I just had my 13th-anniversary last week - 13 years strong!... ? I’m fortunate enough to have spent my entire career with Goodlife! I like to consider myself an OG here ? I wouldn’t say one specific thing inspired me, however I was definitely raised to take care of the people in my life and to help others - so in year 12 when I found out that personal training was a career path it was a no brainer for me! Knowing that I can assist people with their health and fitness and reaching their full potential is my passion and one of the reasons I love what I do. ? Wow - in 13 years it would be a lot! If I were to take a rough guess I would say around 500 maybe? I used run group sessions so I saw far more faces in my early years, however I focus more on 1:1 nowadays and still have a few clients who I have worked with for over 10 years and others who I still keep in contact with from when I first started back in 07! ? I love that the morals and values I have grown up with align with what I do for others everyday. The reward of seeing another human achieve what they desire and have always sought for is absolutely my ‘why’. Knowing that I played a small part in helping them believe they could do it and was able to make a life changing impact is everything to me. ' ? I want them to remember the experience they just had, I want them to know they worked efficiently and well and that they are headed in the right direction - forward! It’s about progress not perfection. #RDPT #goodlifehc #personaltrainer

02.01.2022 This is a shoutout to all my fellow personal trainers, allied health community and friends who run a small business. We are all in this together and have faith that once this is all over we will all bounce back together and we will be there for our clients and community when more then ever they will be looking for us to care for their health, fitness & wellbeing. It’s going to be a rough period, no one is getting out of this without being kicked in the... teeth. So let’s use this opportunity to change our actions, tone, thoughts, and energy. Instead of telling ourselves it’s all bad, ask ourselves. How can I come back from this, and how can I be the best version that I’m capable of being so that I can serve those around me. There is and will be plenty of opportunities out there for us all, let’s work together and keep building each other up through this time and beyond - We got this! A bigger shout out to the service personnel and medical professionals out there working around the clock keeping us safe and sound through this time. Thank you.
