Half a cup of these goodies will give you 1,7 grams of dietary fibre why is this so cool? Well, one slice of white bread only gives you 0.7 grams of dietary fibre!... Does anyone grow blueberries at home? I’ve always dreamed of a hedge of blueberry bushes Anna&Ash

Has the perfect omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acid ratio! Hemp crusted salmon would be omega heaven! This amino and vitamin rich protein could potentially solve world hunger as it is one of the most nutritionally dense foods on earth. We think a good Herbal Tea is life...but TOGETHER WE WANT TO SHARE SO MUCH MORE WITH YOU, SO STAY TUNED..... Anna- About me.. What inspired me to study Nutritional Medicine? Hello Rafiki’s My name is Anna and it’s a delight to ‘meet’ you all I love all things health and wellness, being outdoors, travelling, eating to nourish my body, hanging with family & friends & anything that takes me to the ocean; rain, hail or shine. I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Australian Indigenous Studies in 2011. Throughout uni I worked at the YMCA at one of their recreation centres & loved being surrounded by those who were like minded when it came to health & wellness. After working full-time at the YMCA an opportunity too good to pass up popped up - the opportunity to go on a road trip around Australia with one of my best friends. Something we’d spoken about for 10 years. We cruised around our super country for eight months and it was during this incredible time that I decided I needed to go back to uni to study something to complement my first degree & having always been a lover of food and having experienced my own health battles a Bachelor of Health Science, Nutritional Medicine seemed to just make sense. I am now in my final year of study and while I don’t really know which direction I’ll go when I am finished, I love the idea of working in community & helping others improve their health through food as I believe food really can be medicine Pop any questions or love you have down in the comments section for Anna
