04.05.2022 We will be reopen from 12.01am Wednesday morning! Gyms are currently limited to 1 person per 8 square metres which we don't anticipate being an issue with the size of our gym but please make sure you scan in with the QR code or manually sign in every time you enter the gym! We look forward to seeing everyone back in the gym, and look out for our end of lockdown sale starting this week!

25.01.2022 To say Ragnarok had a great day out at the GPC Adelaide cup at Fuzzy's Power Gym would be an understatement! The team came away with 2 gold medals and 3 Silver medals and so many PBS! Full recaps of everyone's performances will be coming over the next couple of days but now it's time to rest and bask in the after comp high!

Members please be aware that the gym will be unavailable for workouts until the competition is finished and equipment is returned to usual positions! 15.01.2022 Some of you have probably heard about and seen these around town, we are required as of today to have all members and visitors to the gym scan the QR code to complete the covid safe check in each time they attend the gym! You can either download the app or use any QR scan app, most phones will also let you use your camera to hover over the code and link you straight to the check in. If you don't have a smart phone you still need to check in on the manual form. We will have these codes around the gym as well as the one at the front counter. Please make sure everyone does the right thing and scans in every time you come in

14.01.2022 The gym will be unstaffed tonight, Fri 11th and tomorrow Sat 12th Dec as we attend the CAPO annual deadlift only competition at Big Shed Brewing co in Adelaide! We have 6 lifters from Ragnarok competing. There will be a live stream link if you'd like to watch, we'll post it tomorrow once available!

13.01.2022 We're gutted to have to announce that gyms are once again having to close as of midnight tonight :( As it stands it will hopefully only be for 2 weeks and then we can reopen again. We will have some equipment to loan to members for 2 weeks but very limited amounts. If you can get a workout in tonight please do otherwise we'll see you all when we're allowed to reopen!
