There are standard and deluxe options, and a cat play area. We specialise in kitties who need regular medication or who have special requirements. 22.01.2022 Update to be COVID safe at Railway Row. Please phone 47353268 for an appointment or with an urgent matter please phone us from the car park. We have the Visitsafe login when entering the clinic. New posters are displayed to be COVID NSW safe. We will use physical distancing of 1.5m apart. Only one person per 4 square metres of space. We will ask you to hand sanitise on entering the waiting room. One owner per pet will be invited into our waiting room. The waiting room is Iimited to 2 pets. Pets requiring holding for Vet exams will be held by Railway Row staff.

17.01.2022 To our patients and their dedicated owners, We would like to make you aware of the Railway Row clinic policy in view of the recent Covid19 pandemic. We are open to treat your pets; the hospital facilities and surgical suite is also fully operational. As regular clients are aware, hand sanitiser has always been on our front counter. The jelly bean jar is in retirement. As a Veterinary Hospital we have always prided ourselves on the Clinic hygiene. However, this area has been s...tepped up to ensure our high standards are maintained. In view of social distancing. We are asking that only 1 owner to attend per pet per visit. Please arrive on time and phone the reception when you are in the car park. The veterinarian will call you in to consult. We can arrange a pet pick up for examination, a phone consultation can be carried out and medication can be dropped off. Repeat medication can also be dropped off to your home or posted if you wish. Please get in touch should you require these services. Payment plans for our regulars are available or we will introduce you to Vetpay. Remember we are all in this together. We are here to help. 10.01.2022 We are open for business. As from June 1 2020, the clinic will be inviting 1 owner per pet into the clinic. We will be continuing strict hand hygiene and social distancing protocols. We will continue to maintain clinic hygiene standards. Please notify staff if you wish to remain outside while your pet is examined and treated. Please phone from outside the clinic for food, product or medication pickups. Payments will still be made outside using tap or direct debit methods. Thank you for your understanding.
