20.01.2022 So this is a bracelet I have been personally wearing for a while now, goodness knows we are exposed to all sorts of stuff with all the devices we use these days. I need all the help I can get & the grounding & calming properties are just a bonus Shungite is a fascinating stone - it is a rare black stone made of up to 99 percent carbon (the shungite that can be made into beads, drilled with holes etc are typically a bit over 60%). It’s mainly found in Shunga, a village in Ka...relia, Russia. The stone has a unique composition. It contains fullerenes, or 3-D spherical molecules made of 60 carbon atoms. These molecules are hollow and sometimes called buckyballs Along with fullerenes, shungite consists of nearly all the minerals on the periodic table. Science peeps will appreciate this!! Reminds me of Frankincense oil which has all of the therapeutic constituents available - handy to know & even better to have around you! The origin of shungite is a mystery. Typically, materials made of carbon come from decayed organic substances like old forests. But the stone is thought to be at least 2 billion years old. This is before organic life existed on the planet. 02.01.2022 Some days I actually can’t physically handle Blake’s needs (as in *physically* handle the 20kg+ bundle of strength & determination). So we have ALL been out today at a class. He got upset at the end - I don’t know why, but I am keen to avoid that again for the day for everyone’s sake So now me & him are hanging out in the cool air while he happily ‘drives’ the car on my lap. Big kids are at the park with friends, where I can still see. It’s ok to do things in a way you nev...er expected. Hugs to you if you are there too, the mum guilt tries it’s best to get you xx
