If you answered YES to any of the above then this unique and specialised Mini Day Retreat is perfect for your Family WHAT DOES THE MINI DAY RETREAT include ? 3 hours of interactive activities and experiences that enhance connection Creative Art Activities Mindfulness Games Guided Family Meditation Family Yoga Communication Workshop Activities This family mini day retreat will create a safe space for all the members of your family to feel : Heard Connected Free to be themselves Understand each other Laugh, giggle, have fun Express themselves Learn new ways to communicate effectively Learn new ways to connect with family members Set realistic goals as a family to bring harmony to home life Feel important, loved and a significant part of the family unit This experience will bring happiness, joy and a deeper connection to the family dynamic equipping you with the tools to thrive as a family especially during challenging times. This unique and specialised holistic approach supports ALL members of the family where everyone contributes and is heard as a significant part of the family unit. This will be held in a space chosen by the family & therapist that has room and supports the effectiveness of the program. It has the option to be mobile so can be anywhere in Sydney, Wollongong or Illawarra area.
