Lisa Evans from our Adelaide Office has two sons, Justin and Blake. Their workplace has also been touched by cancer, with a work colleague’s infant daughter being diagnosed with Leukaemia. So, along with Team Manager and Dad, David, they are taking part in the Shave for a Cause to raise much-needed funds to help support families and scientific research towards this terrible disease. 08.01.2022 Major Raiseboring works at Tritton Mine NSW RBA have been contracted to provide major Raiseboring Services to Aeris Resources Tritton Operations located near Nyngan in New South Wales. The project is to complete a variety of raiseboring works and includes an 865 metre deep by 5.0 metre diameter Return Air Raise (RAR) from surface to 4385 level. RBA is using an Atlas Copco Robbins 91RH C raisebore machine to complete the project. The construction of the shaft includes the d...rilling of a 15" pilot hole utilising the Micon Rotary Vertical Drilling System (RVDS) followed by back reaming of the 15" pilot hole with a 5.0 metre diameter reamer. Pilot hole drill depth on July 5, 2016 day shift was 506.775 metres with a .02% deviation this equates to 7cm from the design centre line of the hole...this is a fantastic result, precision drilling.
